When shipping your watch to Nesbit's please do not include the original display box. We will contact you within one week of receipt either by phone or email to offer you an estimate for repair. As an authorized service center for Omega, Rado, Hamilton, Longines and Tissot we will perform any warranty work needed at no charge as long as your watch was purchased from an authorized retailer and you include copies of the completed warranty card and or the sales receipt.
